What Is The Treatment For Bucket Handle Tear?

Hi, if i have been diagnosed with bucket handle tear of the lateral meniscus with large flap displaced within intercondyler notch centrally and anteriorly. and have surgery next week, what physical activities should i be restricted from before surgery? for example I do spinning at the gym and some aerobics, do i have to stop?
