Hello,

C4, 5, 6, and 7 disc bulges is the reason you are having pins and needles in your pinky and ring fingers. Conservative management would help most of the cases. My suggestions are as follows:
1) Take pain relieving medications like NSAIDs like tab. Ibuprofen or tab. Naproxen twice daily for 2 weeks.
2) You can take tab. Pantop once daily before food to prevent gastric irritation.
3) Continue physio and concentrate mainly on neck muscles strengthening exercises.
4) Adequate rest is necessary. So use a soft neck collar.
5) If you have any of the following problems like kidney failure, bleeding problems, severe peptic ulcer, you shouldn't use NSAIDs. You can use opioids like oxycodone, hydrocodone and Tramadol instead.
6) Take calcium and vitamin D supplements
7) Take tab. Neurobion Forte daily once for 1 month.
8) Take tab. Pregabalin orally one time at night.

If your symptoms don't subside even after 2 weeks, then you can go to the spine surgeon and discuss about surgery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
