What Is The Treatment For Bump On The Head After Hit To Metal Bunk?

I have sharp pains just behind my eye and in my forehand, I banged my head quite hard yesterday on a metal bunk bed and there is now a bump but not a lot of swelling and it s a little red, I held ice to to my head for almost 30 mins after I bumped it, is this just mid concussion?

Hi,

It may be hematoma most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough examination and investigations, your doctor would prescribe Thrombophob ointment. Tab vitamin C and vitamin K tablets may enhance the improvement. Take anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
