What Is The Treatment For Bumps In The Thigh?

I have a few bumps on the inside of my thigh. i had an abcess at the sametime i notices these bumps but the bumps started as dark purple and turned into red insect looking bites but have been there for 3 months in the same spot. This was all after metamphetamine use that i had noticed. the problem is its been 3 months and they still itch, the tops of them will crust over and theres no puss, I hope i dont have a bloodborne pathogen
