Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
They appear to be the cebacious cysts, needs to be treated in the same way as for the infection, it also may be due to the defeciency of the vitamin A.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, and Vitamin V substitutes.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and carrot for good maintenance of the skin.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
