i am 21 year old female. i have been diagnosed with calcified granuloma at the left high frontal(measuring 4 * 4 mm) and left parafalcine parietal regions(measuring 8 * 5). what treatment i need to take? how long this treatment can take? are there any serious risk associated with it?
