What Is The Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis And Vomiting?

hi my mother is diabetic since 20 yrs and on metformin ,and she has got cevical spondylosis since 4yrs and on treatment but since many years shes getting giddiness and vomitings ones in a month,and even on changing position she gets more giddiness ..plz tell me cause and treatment for it .she is 52 yrs old with 5ft 4inch heigth and wgt is 65 kgs
