What Is The Treatment For Cervical Stenosis?

I had neck surgery with fusion 3 yrs ago for ruptured disc. At that time my MRI also showed cervical stenosis. I have burning pain between my shoulder blades. Severe pain down my arms into my wrist, hands and ring and pinky fingers. I had another MRI a few days ago and it shows it is normal and there is no stenosis. Where did the stenosis go and what would be causing the stabbing pains and I also have been getting bad headaches.
