hi l fell on the stairs this morning my right leg slipping and banged my back when l got to the bottom of the stairs l was having difficulty brathing, its more than 2 hrs now but l have pains in my chest my bottom and my right hand arm
is there anything to worry abt or the pain ll eventually go away

If you are having difficulty breathing i would advice you to consult a doctor as the pain can be due to some internal injury, most commonly it would be muscle inflaamation but investigation is required to see if no internal organs are damaged
