What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain?

I just experiences a shark pulsing pain on my left ribcage side and it was felt in my front and back. Almost like my whole left upper chest. The pain made me want to bend. Almost like if aomeone were to punch you in the gut and you lean forward. I'm female and only 22, 135lbs and try to work out regularl

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more in your case because at your age of 22 years, cardiac diseases are not common.
But better to get done ecg to rule out heart related diseases.
If ecg is normal then no need to worry for cardiac diseases.
You are mostly having musculoskeletal pain.
So avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
Apply warm water pad on affected site. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
You will mostly improve in 1 week.
