What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain?

Hi, I'm looking for the all under Med. Care Service, with Mollier, Jina A Miller, in Shreveport Miller is my Doc and I think Mollier was my grandmother, but I do not need him. I really not need her either, I was having chest pains, like I was having in her waiting room and I got nitro pills and I can't hardly keep it in my mouth as they irritate the crap out of my mouth. Is that part of the med? Kelley

I'm sorry they do not give me any money

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Nitrates should not be given in any patient with chest pain.
If the chest pain is of cardiac origin then only nitrates are useful and should be given.
Nitrates can cause many side effects like hypotension, headache, bad taste in mouth etc. So it should not be given in all patients with chest pain.
In your case, I advice you to get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
If both are normal then no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
You might be having anxiety related symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
