Hello Doctor,
I am a 48 year old male, married with a child. Recently i got my lipid profiling done as an annual health check poilicy of my company. The report showed Tri-Glycerides at 3295 against a normal of 500 high risk. I am teetotaler, non-smoker, pure veg, slim and athletic person. Doc told me that it is Familial genetic disorder. I am prescribed Storvas 40 with Fenolip and have taken it for the past 3 months. The doc (Manipal, Bangalore) is not prescribing for an echo or X ray or TMT. However i have always a pressure felt at the chest (center of the rib cage). Can you please advise me with your expert comments and suggestions ? Many thanks to you in advance.
Regards,
Srinivas
