What Is The Treatment For Chiari Malformation?

whenever i drink something like coffee, tea or coca cola i get dizzy and feel shaky and weak. generally the feeling goes away if i sit down and eat something. this has only been happening the last few years, during which time i was also diagnosed with chiari malformation type 1 and syringomyelia. could they be related? if not, do i need to do anything about it? thanks
