What Is The Treatment For Cholinergic Urticaria And Chest Pain?

I was diagnosed with cholinergic urticaria. I took my allegra tablet before I exercised and by my 6th lap, though I did not itch, I tasted blood in my mouth and I often feel a sharp pain on the RIGHT side of my chest. After the exercise, I had a hoarse cough as though blood was stuck there. What is wrong? I started exercising very recently.

Hi thanks for asking question in health care magic.
You have choinergic urticaria. For that antihistaminic drug like cetrizine is helpful.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol less, as they can aggravate the condition.
While doing exercise do first light exercise and running.drink more water and fruit juice.
If with cetrizine like drug not effective then leukotrien antagonist drug like monteleukast has to be taken.
The chest pain may be muscular pain or as part of viral infection.simple analgesic taken.but if it is associated with fever and cough then chest x ray done to rule out early pneumonia or acute bronchitis like condition.
I hope my suggestion will help you.
Wish you good health
