What Is The Treatment For Cold And Cough?

my son frequently suffering from running nose,sneezing,cough ,cold,etc.what medicines should be given? venitrax, t- minic ,clamp suspension is being given now .pl advice. he is also being given sodium velporate and keppra for the contol of amyoclonic epilepsy.

Hello
As you mentioned that your son is taking anti epileptic drugs and also taking some type of antihistamine medicine .
In my opinion your son might have some sort of allergy , either to food products or to some allergen as , dust , mite, hay , fumes , fine dusting powder, smokes, cold clammy atmosphere.
If possible take great care and avoidance is necessary for these causes.
When such type of patient visit to me in my clinic I advise them to take monteleukast+ bambuterol in combo pack once or twice in day depending upon the age and severity of symptoms .
I also advise them for steam inhalation.
Since these drugs are a prescription drugs so get in consultation from a physician.
