What Is The Treatment For Cold Sore On The Lips?

I have a bad cold sore and its at the point to where it dont not even look like a cold sore and more of a blood pocket or something on my lip and it is spreading a bit into two other cold sores on my lip. It has been on my lip for a little over a week now and there is no sign of it getting better and I dont have the money for any medicine but I dont want to wait what should i do?
