Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It depends on the valve involved / its nature / cause and consequences of the defect (obstruction)
At this age, it is usually an Aortic valve
A battery of investigations will be necessary for further assessment and assistance
The treating doctor alone could conclude better, based on the total clinical picture

Good luck
God bless you
