What Is The Treatment For Contact Dermatitis?

I have been on desoinide lotion for my contact dermatitis on my face on and off for 2 months now.....a week here, 1 week there, not consistent and not ongoing for all of the 2 months, and I had a 65 patch test for skin allergies done on my back like 2 weeks ago. I took a pregnancy test to day and there is a chance I may be pregnant, test was a very light positive. Still need to be cream on my back to get rid of the positive patches I received, still itchy red. Can the usuage of this cream cause any mutation or birth defects this early if I really am pregnant? 3 day into missed period. I don't want to hurt the embryo if I am. Thanks
