What Is The Treatment For Cough And Swollen Throat?

My bf cummed in my mouth and my mouth felt weird like it was tingly I guess you can say. Also, my throat from what little bit I swallowed felt weird and I kept coughing and then it felt scratchy. Why is that? Is the cum the reason why this is happening?

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of cough and swollen throat which is because of due to bacterial infection. Improper cleanliness of genitalis could be the cause of infection.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with course of antibiotics such as Azithromycin along with anti-inflammatory medications.Avoid cold beverages. Do warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day with lukewarm water. Take steam inhalation and an expectorant cough syrup such as Phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start proper course of antibiotics.
