What Is The Treatment For Critical Sinusitis?

Hello sir, I am zeeshan I have synosytis problem from last five years but from last two years it is very critical. I always feel headache,cough problem,pain in my nose,eyes and mind specially when climate change. I took lot of medicines and nosal spray(ayurvedic,elopethic,homyopethic)but I did nt relief. Some doctors suggested me for surgery. So I request you to suggest me better treatment. Thank you

Hi Zeeshan.
For Chronic Sinusitis the first thing to do is to undergo CT scan of the sinuses to determine the changes it has undergone as there is a long problem of 5 years.
The seasonal changes making your problems worsen indicates allergic problem which known not to be cured unless you change the area of staying. You have to find out the other factors which increase your problems and to avoid all such things.
IN allergy the rule is to avoid the allergens .
