What Is The Treatment For Dandruff And Hair Fall?

i have dandruf on my head now it is falling on my eyelashes and eyebrows so with my hair falling from head it also has started falling from my eyebrows and eyelashes although i am taking medicines (homeopathy) but it is not helping me much . i am like always scratching my head and half bald by now

I have read your query and understood your concern.
Dandruff can cause hair fall to some extent only. For its tretment , you may use any antidandruff shampoo like ketoconazole shampoo thrice a week.

Loss of hair involving head, eyelashes, eyebrows is most likely due to a condition known as alopecia aerata.
In such cases, topical or oral steroids are given under supervision depending on the extent of involvement. I will advice you to visit a dermatologist in person for its proper management.
