What Is The Treatment For Dandruff And Painful Boil Like Eruptions On The Scalp?

i ve got atrocious dandruff and these painful boil like eruptions all over my scalp. it forms like a ring around the crown of my head. what do i do? i take tretiva and that helps my acne. only metrogyl helps the boils. but my doctors advised me not to use it. what do i do?

Dandruff is a fungal infection with excessive inflammation. Presence of painful boils indicates secondary infection.
