I am 34 year male with 6 feet hight and 90 kg weight . I am havig problem with my Spine ..Degenerative disk disease L4-5,D9-10and D10-11 disks. Annular tear with moderate diffuse disk bulge at L4-5 level with impingement over bilateral exiting nerve root (left>right)..
