I think, he has psychotic episode and the way, he has been behaving, he may have delusion or hallucinations. In that case, he needs antispychotic drug that would control all these symptoms. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper mental evaluation. If he needs admission, then you can also discuss with that psychiatrist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
