What Is The Treatment For Diabetes?

Hi I am a diabetic. I check my blood sugars three times everyday lately an area on my upper right leg began to look as though. She said that it looked I had been bitten by a large spider. my care provider said that I should get a doctor to check it out which I did. The Doctor said that it was Cellulitis. Since yesterday there are now two new areas which look the same as the first. MY question is this something that can cause me to loose my leg and or my life?

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
in my opinion diabetes individuals are more prone to get this kind of infection called cellulitis.
cellulitis is a infection of upper layers of skin by organisms like staphylococcus.
during this kind of infections its advisable to check for diabetes control.
As uncontrolled diabetes will make this kind of infections to become more complicated.
i suggest you to check sugar and blood counts.
consider starting antibiotics don't worry good antibiotics can remove infection with in 48 hrs.
