What Is The Treatment For Difficulty In Maintaining An Erection?

I have been on flowmax for approx. 7 years and my penis size has decreased both in length and gurth . I have questioned my Dr . in regards to this and pretty much got blown off , as if I was out of my mind .
But the facts are theses , prior to developing BPH and being put on flowmax my penis size has decreased in length by more than 1 1/2 inches in length and gurth has decreased expotentally .
I now also have problems getting andor maintaining errections and extreamly difficult to attain orgasium .
The only help any Dr . has offered is do injections into my penis to create errection , or use the plunger , neither is my cure , it is like placing a bandaid on a lasseration .
I need answers , I am now at 69 going through divorce a lot because of my sexual problems .
my question is ,,,, can no one give me help or do I live alone because of my inadaquacy to prefom adaquate sex with ,, for my partner
No one seems to understand the impact that this problem has on ones life , it is taking its toll on mine .

Hi,
I can understand the gravity of your situation. There are many drugs for erectile dysfunction like Sildenafil, Tadalafil,Vardenafil, Avanafil ,Alprostadil Uretheral, and other intracavernosal injections and vacuum devices, which according to you are not giving much of a benefit. In your case I think Tadalafil would be the best drug , as it takes care of both BPH and erectile dysfunction. But care must be taken if you are using nitrates or other BP lowering drugs like Tamsulosin (which you are taking most probably for your BPH or you have ischemic heart disease or sustained stroke in past.
Regards and happy married life
