What Is The Treatment For Difficulty While Breathing?

Hi I am Chirag. I am 38/M. My weight is 72 Kg and Height 171 Cm. For the last 4-5 days I have been observing a pulse rate of 95-100 in the evening. I feel discomfort in breading very strangely. I have observed that I repeatedly stop taking normal regular breath for 2-4 seconds and then inhale or exhale bulk breath. I am confused. Please suggest.

With this presentation, one could imagine that this might be as a result of a stressful day. You do not need to worry so much. Just calm down and take a good rest. You will be fine. There is no cause for alarm with these symptoms.
