What Is The Treatment For Diplopia?

Hi my eyelids have been swelling up and I started having double vision off and on, now I have double vision most of the time. Doc thought it might be thyroid problem so took test. Results came back as hyper. Had ultra sound on thyroid looked normal. Also white cell blood count is high. Have any suggestions on what could be the problem.

Thanks

Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
It seems from the history that you are having thyroid ophthalmopathy. This is the cause for your diplopia. This requires treatment for your thyroid problem.
At the same time eye evaluation is required to look for thyroid associated eye problems like neuropathy, exposure keratopathy.... and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
