Sir yesterday MRI of lumber spine was performed. IMPRESSION is " The L4-5 disc shows a posterior annular tear with diffuse posterior bulge, this along with ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is compressing the thecal sac and causing lateral recess stenosis on both sides.'' pls advise what to do now?
