Hi and welcome to HCM,

Disc extrusion treatment will largely depend on the severity of your herniation. Non-invasive disc extrusion treatments are hot and cold compresses, transdermal analgesic pain patches, epidural steroid injection. If condition is severe surgery is recommended.
