Hi,
You need to find out the exact cause of dizziness.
Does the surroundings rotate?
Vertigo due to ear problems usually present like that. And usually associated with vomiting.
There are a multitude of causes for dizziness.
Since it comes and goes away, it could be due to ear problems because your labyrinth has a tendency to adjust itself.
A few exercise tests, like Hallpikes manoeuvre can help in diagnosis. I think it is better to visit a specialist at this point of time.
