What Is The Treatment For Dryness In The Eyes And Joint Pain?

Hi,

I started B12 injections about 14 months ago. My doctor had me taking them a week apart for a while but now I'm on a three week schedule.

Last March I got severely dry eyes and am having a lot of problems with

that. In addition I have been having joint pain in knees, ankles, and wrists. I'm suspicious of the B12 which was prescribed for perncious anemia. Please advise.
