What Is The Treatment For Ear Infection And Sore Throat In A Child?

ok, i think my grand daughter had an ear infection and a soar throat, we gave her some ear drops and then today she started running a slight temp. well, we went out to eat last night, a buffet a varitey of different food and she has bumps like a rash on he outside and a bump that we can see in her mouth... can you tell me what u think i can do to make her comfertable til in the am to take her to a clinic?
