I really appreciate your concern, sexual stimulation takes place in brain area and its depends upon some stimuli like visual, talk, touch, thinking which are directly related with sex, moreover if you are over conscious about this react too fast to it, apprehensive then such symptoms of early ejaculation is very likely, this is more common in very young age, this is nothing to worry you need to take this very easy, no need to be over excited, take care. (This is not the disease )
