Hi,
If you are suffering from endometriosis, the best way to get relief is to start taking the combination pills along with anti-prostaglandin medication just before the onset of the cycle to ease out the pain as well as to help decrease the blood loss. If possible, you can also plan laparoscopic cyst removal for any cysts and also surface ablation. At present, you should see a specialist for a proper evaluation and further management. You would need a trans-vaginal sonogram too. Hope this helps.
