What Is The Treatment For Enlarged Uterus?

today I went too the obgyn he said my uterus was measuring 3 time bigger than normal, keep in mind I just a ultrasound done in January and my uterus was fine, today he indicated that the vaginal ultra sound was showing nothing that was causing this growth. I wondering could my tubes have come untied and I am now pregnant and the ultra sound missed it.
