sir, i am from pakistan,26 years old male,,i am feeling erectile disorder. when i do hand practice i got good erection but i ejaculate early, but when i do intercourse i dont feel good erection even sometimes i cant erect my penis and ejaculate very early in less then ten seconds, tell me the cure please

As you get good erection while doing masturbation indicates you do not have any hormonal problem.
This seems more or less some psychological problem.
Remove false fear of not having erection while doing intercourse.
Before going for intercourse, go for foreplay like verbal talking, fantasy, kissing, pushing.
This will give you sexual excitement and you will get full erection.
If require you may take tablet Viagra after consulting your doctor.
