What Is The Treatment For Extreme Fatigue And Blurred Vision?

My 13 year old daughter in the last week has extreme fatigue, occasionally has blurred vision, and a daily nose bleed. She has had basic blood work done and a mono panel that is showing good results but also almost a month ago fever and headaches that lasted 3 weeks after the 1st week of this she was taken to the Dr and had strep, tonsilitis, and an ear infection - treated with amox and a couple 50mg prednisone that cleared her up of those. I am concerned again, why 3 weeks later do we have new symptoms that are lasting a week as of now the tiredness, nose bleeds, and blurry vision, please any advice or tests I can ask Dr to try for her ? Or am I over reacting ?

it appears the fever was due to throat infection and tonsillitis. treatment was rightly given nose bleeding may be related to it. steroid was used and may be it has masked the symptoms. may be diagnosis has been masked. present blurry vision is due to general debility.consult doctor for further investigation.
