What Is The Treatment For Fever , Headache And Body Ache?

My 17 year old daughter returned yesterday from a week-long trip to Costa Rica. She did not get any vaccines before attending as our doctor said they were not necessary for that area. Today she woke up with a fever, headache, and body aches. Her fever is now 102 even after taking Advil a few hours ago. Do I need to worry about typhoid or malaria or could this be a bug she picked up on the plane?
