What Is The Treatment For Fever,tiredness And Nausea?

Hi there, all day I've had a 101temp, have been extremely tired, nauseous and haven't had an appetite . This is really weird because I never get sick, plus I don't have a cough, diarrhea nor am I throwing up. Im 29 yrs old and am a female. Just hoping this isn't anything contagious so I can make it to school and work tomorrow . Ty for your time btw I can't have kids because I'm fixed so I can't be pregnant ;)

Hi,
It seems that you might be having viral fever giving rise this problem.
Take paracetamol tablet for pain and fever as and when required.
Take plenty of water.
Take lime water and fruit juices.
Take light diet for 2 days.
Ok and take care.
