What Is The Treatment For Fibromyalgia With Thyroid?

I am 63, had fibromyalgia for 12 years, thyroid complaint for 30 years, recently had a very small stroke and now feel tired all the time, literally falliing asleep just sitting on the couch... i walk every day, now work from home, and am permanently hungry.. what would cause this?

Fibromyalgia and thyroid problem can lead weakness and sleepy....

Your physical examination needs to be done ...
Investigate with TSH and free T4 level...
If needed for hypothyroid levothyroxine drug with dose according to TSH level should be started ....

For stroke regular medication need to be taken like aspirin , atorvastatin, antihypertensive drugs according to need ....

Rule out B12 defeciency also ...If needed B12 injection given .....
