What Is The Treatment For Fibromyalgia?

I have a hard section, not quite a lump, at the place where the hip meets the top of my leg. I have pain in that area for over a year now. The mass does not hurt to press, but the level of pain in that are hurts more now, particularly if i lift my leg to the side. My rheumy suggested it was something - dont remember the right name - tenosynvitis? but he did no testing to come to that conclusion. I was diagnosed with fibromyalia, and have never tested positive for inflammation before.
