What Is The Treatment For Fibromyalgia?

Hello. I am 48 years old with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I have recently begun tapering down my Lyrica and tapering on to Neurontin as the Lyrica had stopped working. This wa done as per request of my neurologist approximately one week ago. Yesterday I noticed a slight sollen hard spot (about the size of an eraser head) about the area of Montgomery tubercles, that was very painful. It is no worse or better today, maybe a little less pronounced. I just woke up from a nap this afternoon and noticed several bite like bumps all around my nipples on both breasts. They do not itch and are small. Could this be a reaction to the Neurontin ??? Oh and also earlier this week I got a small rash with a few raised bumps that did itch on my inner wrist. By the by - I am actually taking the generic, gabapentin.

Thank you for your help.
