What Is The Treatment For Foot Pain?

I have a weird feeling in the bottom o my left foot it feels as if something is stretching or pulling in it. It may hurt sometimes if I walk a long ways but otherwise just uncomfortable to feel while walking around period. What could this be? Xrays at er looked fine
