What Is The Treatment For Freckle In The Knee Joint?

i have a beauty spot/freckle on my knee which feels like its burning,like an iron burn. iv seen my gp lately with back pain and mentioned this but she said she was not concerned! it can be quite painful at times as though its being rubbed by clothing even when its not! im sure iv had it quite a long time and it doesnt look any different. please help
