What Is The Treatment For Hair Loss And Dandruff?

Hi, I am 29 years old, and suffering from Hair loss type III Vertex. My Doctor suggested Proanagen and Finasteride. The problem of hair loss started 8 years ago, when I developed dandruff. I have oily scalp, and dandruff constantly returns. When my hairs are wet after bath, I can see whitish patches on scalp. I believe its fungus, as its itchy as well. My doctor wasn t able to see that. I stopped Oiling my hair. I am in desperate need of a professional and experienced Dermatologist s help. I dont want to go for any surgery or implants. I have tried PRP sessions, and that didnt really help. Minoxidil helped me gain hairs, but i am not looking into use that anymore. I am looking for getting rid of dandruff and then supplements to help gain hair and healthy scalp. My Diet is fine.

Hi
As per your case history of male pattern hair loss and dandruff, my treatment advice is -
1. Stop applying hair oil for at least 2 months.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid plus antifungal lotion like candid-b once daily for dandruff.
Use a ketoconazole shampoo like danket on alternate days.
3. For male pattern loss continue finasteride 1mg daily once. Minoxidil is the only proven line of treatment, so restart it.
4. Other treatment options are derma roller with prp, mesotherapy, hair transplantation.
