What Is The Treatment For Hard, Immovable, Painless Lump Under Neck?

Hello i have recently moved back home to detroit from georgia. When i came back ive noticed i had a noticiable lump under my neck by my jawline. Its isnt in pain. Its hard and doesnt move. Ive been very afraid. Its about the size of a golf ball. Please help

Hi

The kind of lump that you have over your neck surely needs further assessment by a doctor.
It can be either a swollen lymph node or it can be a swollen salivary gland.
In either case, the lesion has to be examined a doctor so as to reach a final diagnosis.
Hope you are not having any oral infections or dental caries or a sore throat .
Any such infections of the face and neck can lead to swollen nodes in the neck.
See a nearby doctor as soon as possible.
