What Is The Treatment For Headache And Dizziness?

Ever since i was little have been getting headaches and been tired, but in the past year or so i have been getting random dizzy spells and then i need to sit down. Also when i was sick with the flu i fainted, and i wasn't sure if that was even connect to the other symptoms or just because i had the flu and hadn't eaten of drank much. If you have any ideas what this could be please let me know.
