If i lay down i am nauseous but if i walk around i vomit. I am not really light headed. I have no abd. Pain but i do have a bad headache. This has been going on for 2 days. I am miserable i do not vomit after eating but i am not very hungry. I have been drinking alot of water. I dont know what to do about it
Other causes to be considered would be an infection.
Have you experienced a similar headache before? What is your age? Have you tried taking painkillers? Did you feel any relief? Do you have fever?
What about your blood pressure values?
If you have fever or this is the first time you experience such a headache in your life, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical exam and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate).
I would advise you to continue taking water, which is good in this case.
