Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully read your question and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to tension type headache. Migraine can not be excluded either.

How long do these episodes of headache last?
What about your sleep? Do you sleep enough?
Sleep deprivation could lead to similar symptoms.

I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam.
A brain CT scan may be needed if suspicions of an intracranial cause are raised.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Greetings!
Dr. Aida
